Our goal is to make our website accessible in accordance with national regulations implementing the European Accessibility Directive (EU) 2019/882.

Status of Compliance with Requirements
Our website is already partially compliant with Level AA of the WCAG 2.2 and the European Standard EN 301 549. Full accessibility has not yet been achieved due to some exceptions and technical limitations.
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Incompatibility with Accessibility Requirements
Currently, some non-text content on non-booking-related pages does not have text alternatives, which means that criterion 1.1.1 – Text Alternatives – is only partially met. We plan to provide appropriate text alternatives for all non-text content.
A sitemap is available, but it does not include detail pages. As a result, criterion 2.4.5 – Multiple Ways – is not fully met. We plan to address this issue with a CMS update.

Some content on our website is not subject to the legal accessibility requirements:
- Older documents: Content published before June 28, 2025, is exempt from legal requirements. Therefore, no comprehensive adjustments are currently planned for these documents.
- External content: Our website may include documents or content from third-party providers (such as Websline) that are not created, funded, or controlled by us. We cannot make any statement regarding their accessibility.

The accessibility assessment was conducted through a self-evaluation based on WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
