Hotel Josl
Since 2012, we have proudly managed the 4-star Hotel Josl – our adults-only hotel for guests aged 16 and above. What sets us apart is our prime location just 100 meters from the nearest lift, our 450 m² wellness area spanning the 4th and 5th floors, including an infinity outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Ötztal glacier world, and our exceptional service. None of this would be possible without our nearly 20 dedicated hosts, who represent the heart of our hotel.
OUR GROUP
Hotel Josl is part of a hotel group that currently includes 8 properties across Austria, employing around 180 staff members. What began in 2011 with the acquisition of the 4* Hotel Valentin in Sölden has evolved into one of the most dynamic hotel groups in Tyrol. Today, our portfolio includes:

Despite being part of a group, each of our properties has retained its own unique character. What unites them is a commitment to exceptional service, contemporary architecture, and authentic hospitality.
OWNERS / INVESTORS
The hotels are owned by two investors of Russian origin: P. Abrasimov and M. Bakhtiarov, who are also founders and owners of the Auto Major Group in Moscow. The representative and general manager responsible for the hotel group is E. Terekhov. Auto Major’s core business is automobile retail in Russia, where the group currently represents 39 international automotive brands and employs around 6,000 people.
